Lucy Ferrie Photography is committed to delivering quality products and 100% satisfaction.

I welcome feedback, both positive and negative to help provide a better service, if you are not happy for any reason, please let me know.

 

Refund

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may bring it to my attention within 14 days of receipt and receive 2 free revisions of editing/replacement, if I cannot satisfy a full refund of the price of the product. Please write a return e-mail giving your reasons.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Refunds are not available for pre-approved custom items or digital downloads (see below).

 

Pre-ordered albums and photo books

With pre-approved proofs such as albums and photo books, there are no refunds available on any custom product order.

 

Custom products are made to order from a separate printing company and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

 

a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date it was received;

it was damaged during posting (a separate claim must be filed with the carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received).

 

Digital file downloads

For digital downloads, there are no refunds available once they have been downloaded and received.  Should the download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge.

 

Incorrect fulfilment

If the wrong photo is sent to you, or you are unhappy with editorial adjustments, Lucy Ferrie Photography will send the correct items to you free of charge. Edited images can be revised no more than 2 times for each photo for free.

 

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to me unless I delivered the item to you in error or the item is defective.  As soon as I receive notice of your cancellation of the order, I will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

 

Legal rights

Please note that none of the above terms affects your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.  If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
